Employee Options

Temporary Placement:  Enables employees to work on an as-needed basis from 4 hours a day to 40 hours weekly.  1st Choice offers a variety of positions, length of assignments, and locations which are well suited for 1st Choice Employees.  Temporary employees can work with flexibility and freedom while managing their own personal schedules.

Temp-to-Perm (Contract Hire): Offers potential employees and employers the opportunity to make sure profiles are compatible.  If an offer is extended to a 1st Choice Employee on this hiring plan, the employee will remain a 1st Choice employee for a predetermined time before being released to the employers payroll.  We assume full responsibility for payroll and insurance coverage while you make sure that this is the job for you!

Direct Hire: A 1st Choice Staffing Specialist will interview and evaluate your skills. We consider your desires as well as previous job history to determine the best possible placement for you.
